6. Payments

Payments may be processed through authorised payment gateway/service providers such as Razorpay.

Saral Dishayen does not directly store complete card, CVV, UPI PIN or internet banking credentials on its servers.

Payment processing is subject to the applicable terms and security procedures of the payment service provider.

A payment shall be considered successful only after confirmation is received from the payment gateway and/or Saral Dishayen's payment system.

Razorpay's merchant terms require the merchant to comply with applicable payment regulations and to display its applicable return/refund/cancellation policies to customers.

7. Failed or Pending Transactions

If an amount has been debited from your bank account but the Saral Dishayen service has not been activated:

  1. Please check your account/order status.
  2. Allow reasonable time for payment reconciliation.
  3. Contact Saral Dishayen support with the transaction/order reference.
  4. Saral Dishayen will verify the transaction with the payment gateway.

Where a payment is confirmed as failed but the amount has been debited, the amount will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment gateway/banking process and the Refund/Cancellation Policy.

8. Offers and Promotional Deals

Saral Dishayen may periodically provide promotional offers, discounts, coupons or special deals.

Each offer may have separate:

  • Eligibility criteria
  • Usage limitations
  • Subscription requirements
  • Redemption conditions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
